RETURN & REFUND POLICY

At Mayberry London, we do everything we can to keep our customers satisfied. However, there may be occasions when you wish to return a product. In this document, we clearly explain our return policy.

 

Return Conditions

  • You may only register a return after you have physically received the item.
  • Return costs are entirely at the customer's expense, including international shipping costs, which can be high due to the international return destination.
  • Items must be unused, unwashed, undamaged, and in original condition, with all tags and labels still attached.
  • Trying on is permitted, but wearing is not allowed.
  • Returning products that have been deliberately ordered in multiple sizes with the intention of returning (part of) them is not permitted.

Sale Items

Items purchased during a sale or promotion cannot be returned or exchanged. All sale purchases are final.

Return Process

  1. Register your return via info@mayberry-london.co.uk within 30 days of receiving the item.
  2. You will receive from us the return address of our supplier (located in China).
  3. You send the item back entirely at your own expense, including any customs or shipping costs. As this is an international return, these costs can be high.
  4. We always recommend using a shipping method with tracking.

Please note that all return costs are entirely at the customer's expense. Because our products are returned internationally, return shipping costs can be high and may, depending on the destination, courier and item, represent a significant part of the product value. Any customs charges, import duties or handling fees associated with the return are also the customer's responsibility.

Refund

After receipt of the item at the return address and approval of the product's condition, the purchase amount will be refunded within 14 days via the original payment method. Please note that the original return shipping costs are not refunded and remain at the customer's expense.

Liability

  • We are not responsible for lost packages if the tracking indicates that the item was delivered to the address specified by the customer.
  • If an incorrect address was provided, this is the customer's responsibility.
  • Address errors must be reported within 24 hours of placing the order.
